About this villa rental
The Finca Torrat is a modern landfinca with light-flooded rooms in the hinterland of the Playas de Muro. From the terrace from the first floor you have a view of the bay of Alcudia. When entering the house, the generous architecture is revealed: lots of light, high ceilings and an entrance hall, which opens up to the first floor. Via a free-standing staircase with adjoining gallery you reach the first floor. On the ground floor is the salon with modern couch seating and large flat screen TV with adjacent dining area. An eye candy is also the large designer kitchen in pink. It is also suitable for professionals. A cooking island with 5-plate induction cooker, oven, microwave, American fridge and, of course, a dishwasher belong to the equipment of the holiday kitchen. On the ground floor of Finca Torrat are two modern bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor is the Mastersuite with terrace and views to the Bay of Alcudia in the distance. The suite is spacious and open designed. There is a large double bed, a dressing room and a smart spacious bathroom with whirlpool.
The large property around the finca has around the pool area over a large cultivated lawn area. The unique double pool offers bathing pleasure for young and old. The large round children's pool with a depth of 40cm is always wonderfully warm. From the shallow pool you get directly into the large swimming pool. Terrace and garden have cozy outdoor furniture and a mobile grill. In the Finca Torrat there is a W-LAN connection, which reaches the pool. A great comfort apartment for those who want to be modern and generous.

Pros: Almost perfect. What is nice :
- Location is quite good for access to North and/or West coasts (15 to 45 min by car) with nice walks,
- The house and the swimming-pool are amazing,
- There is more than enough space and furniture to enjoy the peaceful place along the pool, on the terrace or inside,
- having a garage is very convenient to enjoy a chilly car when the sun is hot and you need to move,
- The owner is reactive when there is an issue.
Cons: As improvement, we could say that:
- Shelfs in the cupboards in the bedrooms at ground-floor should be nice to store clothes,
- the kitchen is limited in dishes and kitchen tools,
- something should be done for the mosquito prevention. We had to protect ourselves every evening and early morning otherwise we were full of mosquito bites. Fumigation in some places of the house (outside mainly) should help,
- despite the fact that we were aware about the electricity as extra cost for the air-conditioning, we had to pay more than 160€ for 2 weeks (without using AC anytime). It's minor compare the overall price, but it has to forecasted in the budget and even more if the AC is used.

Pros: Schöner großer Pool, das Haus ist sauber und modern eingerichtet. Check in funktioniert tadellos, Putzservice und Wäscheservice einmal die Woche sehr gut, ausreichend Handtücher, ansonsten die Möglichkeit selber zu waschen, ruhige Lage, deutsches Fernsehen auch im Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss

Tiefgarage unterm Haus, dadurch Auto immer schön kühl
Cons: Extrem hoher, unerklärbarer Stromverbrauch. In 14 Tagen 207€ ist definitiv zuviel, und das ohne Klimaanlagennutzung, keine Heizung benutzt, nicht gekocht.......Sehr merkwürdig.
Der Spielplatz ist nicht wirklich attraktiv;
Es gibt nur 4 Liegen wenn man mit mehr Personen da ist unpraktisch, das gilt auch für das Sofa im Haus
"Bett" am Pool ist wohl durch Rotwein verschütten oder ähnlichem sehr unansehlich
Keine Terrassenmöbel auf den Balkonen im Obergeschoss
