The spacious Calesas Apartment, measuring 120 m², is located in the center of Cádiz, a charming city known for its excellent climate all year round. Situated on the third floor of a 300-year-old building (without an elevator), it impresses guests with its rooftop terrace and wonderful views of the Bay of Cádiz. Numerous windows provide plenty of natural light. The apartment is designed to accommodate up to 6 people and includes a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds), and a bathroom. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, and television. The private balcony is ideal for starting your day with a cup of coffee outdoors, and the large rooftop terrace, 80 m² and shared with another apartment, allows you to sunbathe on loungers, prepare meals on the barbecue, and enjoy views of the sea and the charming towns of the Bay of Cádiz, such as El Puerto de Santa María and Rota. Thanks to its excellent location, there is a supermarket right across the street and, just 5 minutes' walk away, numerous shops, restaurants, bars, and a wide cultural offer. The beautiful beaches of Santa María del Mar and Playa de las Mujeres are only 700 meters or a 9-minute walk away.
