In the historic centre of Conil de la Frontera, just a short walk from the golden sands of the beach, the recently-renovated apartment Noria 3 boasts a fantastic rooftop terrace with a view of the glittering sea. Full of charming, architectural details, this studio apartment on the 2nd floor was decorated with colorful tiles, beams and furniture of old, classic homes of Conil. It consists of an open-plan living space with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area and one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a portable, electric heater, a television, and access to a shared laundry room with a washing machine and an iron. On your private balcony, begin your day with a fresh cup of coffee and look out over the surrounding white cityscape. On an upper floor of the building, you additionally have access to a communal, 100 m2 terrace overlooking the sea and the historic center. Equipped with sun loungers, sofas, shades and some tables and chairs, this is where you can spend some unforgettable hours with a nice bottle of wine, watching the famous sunsets of the Costa de la Luz color the horizon. Due to the property’s spectacular location in a pedestrian area, a fantastic variety of shops, local restaurants, cafes and bars are all in the immediate vicinity. You are additionally situated just a 5-minute walk from both the romantic beach promenade and the beach Los Bateles and you will find many other beaches just a bit further down the coastline.
Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor areas.
Please note that there is an extra fee for late arrivals after 9 pm. Check-ins after midnight are not accepted.

Wir hatten die Unterkunft Noria gebucht gehabt und waren begeistert, das Haus ist super schön, einen kleinen Innenhof gibt es auch und die Dachterrasse ist herrlich. Lediglich die Einrichtung war etwas abgenutzt und könnte "frischer" sein, hier und da hätte man auch noch einen klein wenig mehr Sauberkeit raus holen können, aber im großen und ganzen ein toller Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder!
