The space
Experience the ultimate coastal retreat in this beautifully designed 3,050 sq ft home, designed for comfort, privacy, and entertainment. The open-concept living area features a large sectional sofa, a 70" flat-screen TV with cable and Netflix, an indoor fireplace, and a classic arcade game for all ages.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a large island with bar seating for six, making it the perfect hub for group meals. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats up to eight guests. For your convenience, a full laundry room with a new large-capacity washer and dryer is also available.
**Bedrooms & Bathrooms**
Each of the four generously sized bedrooms includes a private en suite full bathroom and custom closets, offering a private haven for every guest.
* **Downstairs Bedroom:** Features a King bed, a large TV with Netflix, and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination.
* **Primary Master Suite (Upstairs):** A luxurious retreat with a King bed, Queen sleeper sofa, 65" TV, and a private balcony. The spacious en suite bathroom includes a double vanity and an oversized walk-in shower with dual shower heads.
* **Upstairs Bedroom 2:** Offers a King bed, a large TV, a window overlooking the pool, and a full en suite bathroom with a tub/shower.
* **Upstairs Bedroom 3:** Furnished with a Queen bed, a pullout Twin trundle, a window overlooking the pool, and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower.

The spacious, fully-fenced backyard is your private paradise. Unwind in the in-ground pool with its integrated spa, or lounge in the resort-style chairs.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home and its amenities. This includes:
* The entire 3,050 sq ft interior space.
* The private, fully-fenced backyard.
* The in-ground pool and integrated spa.
Check-in is a breeze with our convenient self check-in process using a secure smart lock. You will receive your unique access code prior to arrival.
Other things to note
* Pool & Spa Heating: Pool heat is an optional feature available for an additional fee of $75 per day. The temperature is set to 82°F. This service must be requested at least 48 hours prior to check-in and is not available from April 1st to September 30th.
* Pool Safety: Your safety is important. Please note that the pool is not fenced separately from the yard. Use of the pool and spa is entirely at your own risk, and the hosts are not responsible for any injuries.
* Beach Essentials: To make your beach trips effortless, we provide beach essentials, including beach towels for your group.
* Must be 24+ and provide copy of drivers license to drive the golf cart.

Everything was spectacular. Plenty of room for my family of ten. House was clean and had everything we needed. Luke was super responsive to all my questions. The bikes are a great thing to have being so close to the beach and shopping. The pool was perfect. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Highly recommend this property! Five-star option when making a Destin decision. The layout of the home was perfect for our family. We look forward to staying here again. Positives:*Location!!*Curb appeal.*Cleanliness *Communication/Response Time of Host. Multiple touch-points.*Ease of check-in.*Expectations & Guidelines for Guests. Loved that we knew other guests before us were being to a high standard too.*Size of Pool*House Layout*Quality A/C for Florida. Stayed exactly where we set it all week, nice and cool.*4 Bikes Provided*An arcade game.*Multiple towels provided.Areas of Improvement (Some are small details to take the home to the next level.)*Beds were not comfortable. Very hard!*Water pressure was terrible in showers. Also, downstairs master was very difficult to get in and out of the shower (very slippery).*Pool worked well for us, but needs attention with the liner, water level and overall servicing. *Very quick and loud door alarm for the pool.*Basic repairs (probably from usage all summer, we understand). Broken outlet cover, balcony door sticks - hard to open, light blulbs out, pantry door did not work and ice machine did not work well.*No golf cart provided. First time we had a house without one and had to rent our own.*No extra ice machine. Always a great perk when a property has this feature.*Very limited kitchen pots, pans and cooking items.*No grill. Wish this was provided.Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your property.

So first the house was awesome one of the nicer houses we have stayed in plenty of room for everyone.There were a few things that we would expect with a nice house though and just want to make any future guest aware! Pictures show umbrellas around the pool however there are none and when we contacted them they said they have had issues with people putting them in the pool and/or getting broken. I will say there is Zero shade in the back yard. Umbrellas would have been very nice. Upstairs master bedroom had stained sheets we had to was them when we got thereBeds are Very firm. Not really a knock just and FYI.Downstairs bathroom toilet seat was broken Upstairs bedroom - They put the tv in guest mode and won’t let you do anything it wouldn’t connect to internet so they couldn’t watch TV in that room - didn’t contact them didn’t think it was important enough Kitchen pantry door was broken couldn’t use at allOverall we loved the house but with renting a house like this we expect the small things to be right as well as some of the nice amenities like umbrellas and things.

Three generations stay, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was enough sleeping, eating, and interacting room for the nine of us. The only concern I had was, that the door to the air condition system needed to be cleaned. Have allergy problems.
