Visiting my mom and your condo was very convenient for my purposes. Only suggestion would be to have a little coffee and coffee filters or maybe a Kuerig with a few K-Cups for that first morning.

This condo is in a great location on the beach. Close to many restaurants and other things to do. The condo was bright, clean and well stocked. It was great being on the 5th floor as we were able to see the sea turtles out at sea. Only thing worth noting, which is unavoidable is the even though this room is non smoking, you still smelled smoking from others. No reason not to rent as you will find this everywhere.

There was no one at the office to check us in at the check in time, which led to some anxious moments as we attempted to contact someone. It was resolved in about 20-30 minutes, so that was okay.
There were tiny mites crawling on the coach which definitely left a poor impression on the efficacy of the cleaning efforts.
The location of the property is excellent, the parking is good, the elevators were speedy. The property had good internet and cable TV capabilities. The appliances: fridge, washer, dryer, and dishwasher were all excellent. I put a new battery in the "tides clock" and I really enjoyed having that on the wall. The bedroom was a bit cramped and the bathrooms were fine. The view from the balcony is excellent. We really like staying on the beach in Garden City!
