In the heart of the popular town of Santa Teresa Gallura, Villa Rosa is located in an exceptionally designed townhouse just a few metres from the beach. The holiday home stretches across 2 floors (connected by a spiral staircase which is not suitable for small children) and has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. It also has fans, a satellite TV, a cot and a high chair. The small balcony offers a great view of the hustle and bustle of the city and provides for relaxing evening hours with a delicious meal and a glass of wine. The highlight of the accommodation is the great location, which ensures a hassle-free holiday. A supermarket in just 5 minutes on foot from the property and a selection of restaurants is right next door. The sandy beach Rena Bianca isa 6-minute walk away. Here you can relax and tan under the warm Italian sun while listening to the rhythmic sound of the waves.



Parking is available on the street. A private parking space is available for a weekly surcharge. Pets are allowed (upon request, for an extra charge). For an extra charge and upon request, a 5th person can be added and a babysitter service can be organized.
