About this house rental

Welcome to this charming Sardinian-style cottage surrounded by greenery in Baia Caddinas, Golfo Aranci. The house features 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, and can accommodate up to 3 guests.



From the terrace and living room, you can enjoy a beautiful sea view, with the beach just a short walk away. The private garden, designed in Sardinian style, is perfect for relaxing and soaking up the island’s authentic atmosphere.



The cottage does not have air conditioning, but there are 3 fans to keep you cool. During the hottest hours, we recommend opening the windows in the evening for pleasant natural ventilation. Please note that Wi-Fi is not available in the apartment.



On-street parking is available in front of the house for an extra charge.

Pros: We were made to feel very welcome and the owner could not do enough for us. A very lovely lady. We will be going back there again. Cons: We went a week too early which meant that the local pizzaria and nearby hotel wasn't open until the last day of our holiday (they are open to the public) but the 2k walk into Golfo Aranci kept us fit!

Pros: Das Haus war nah am Meer mit toller Terrasse und Aussendusche. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und völlig unkompliziert, was wir sehr genossen haben.

Pros: Lage ideal. Man kann in Strandausstattung den wirklich kurzen Weg zum Strand laufen. Supermarkt auch in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Haus ist komplett mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Super Restaurants in der Nähe. Echt super!
