Enjoy a relaxing holiday in southern Mallorca at the peaceful edge of Sa Ràpita in this well-kept holiday home.
Casa Granada offers everything you need: a covered terrace with Mediterranean garden views, perfect for family barbecues. Sun loungers invite you to relax in the shade of oleanders or under the pomegranate tree.
The living/dining room features a comfortable sofa area with satellite TV and a large dining table, opposite the fully equipped open kitchen with all utensils, dishwasher, electric stove, ceramic hob, and fridge-freezer. Start your day with freshly ground coffee from the coffee machine. Filtered drinking water is available straight from the tap via a reverse osmosis system.
Two bedrooms with air conditioning ensure restful sleep. A gallery with sofa bed offers extra privacy. Each bedroom has a bathroom: one ensuite upstairs, one accessible from the hallway downstairs. Storage and laundry rooms are included. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and satellite TV are provided.
A cot (with bedding) and high chair are available gegen Aufpreis.
A spacious communal pool area, shared by only seven houses, is on a separate plot. The large pool with Roman-style steps is ideal for cooling off. The 400 m² terrace near the pool has loungers and straw parasols, romantically lit in the evening. The pool house offers tables and internet access for relaxing get-togethers.
The area offers cycling routes and a golf course 15–17 minutes away. Shops, restaurants, and cafés are 5 minutes away in Sa Ràpita’s centre. The natural beach of Sa Ràpita – Es Trenc is about 10 minutes away by car.
Parking is available onsite. Palma city centre is 30 minutes, and the airport 20 minutes away by car.
On request, a dog can be brought in the low season (not in summer, no dangerous breeds). Dogs are not allowed at the communal pool or on beds. A dog bed and food bowl are available.
