Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. La maison est parfaitement équipée et très agréable à vivre. La cuisine est spacieuse et très fonctionnelle, idéale pour préparer de bons repas tous ensemble. Les espaces de vie et les chambres sont confortables et permettent à chacun de profiter pleinement de ses vacances. La piscine et le jardin sont de véritable atouts : grands, agréable et parfaitement entretenue. Les nombreux transats permettent à tout le monde de se détendre confortablement au soleil. L’environnement est calme et reposant, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour, de partager de bons moments, de nous amuser et de nous retrouver entre amis. C’est vraiment le lieu idéal pour passer des vacances tous ensemble, que ce soit en famille ou entre amis. Enfin la communication et l’accueil de la propriétaire a été très facile et agréable au petits soins tout le long du séjour. Nous repartons avec d’excellents souvenirs et avons déjà envie de revenir. Wir wurden nett von einer Frau empfangen, welche uns kurz alles gezeigt hat. Das Haus sieht altmodisch aus, aber man hat alles was man auch in einem modernen Haus hat. Wir fanden schön, das auch die Seife am Waschbecken und die Creme ein Qualitätsprodukt ist. Das zeigt, das auch im Detail sich etwas schönes überlegt und nicht gespart wurde👌🏼. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank in der Küche, in der oberen Etage bei den Schlafzimmern und auch Draußen. Also insgesamt 3 Kühlschränke. Das ist einfach super und auch da merkt man wieder mal, das an diesem Komfort nicht gespart wurde. Alles war sehr sauber als wir kamen und alles funktionierte wunderbar. Wer keine Nachbarn will ist hier genau richtig. Es gibt dennoch einige Häuser 5 Minuten entfernt zu Fuß. Bedeutet man kann rund um die Uhr laut sein und wohnt trotzdem nicht in einer Kilometerweiten Isolation was ich gut finde👍🏻. Supermärkte sind 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Absolut alles war wirklich sehr gut. Selbstverständlich auch der Pool war super. War zwar kaum nötig aber die Kommunikation mit der Frau ging immer sehr schnell und gut. Dankeschön👍🏻

Es gab keine negativen Punkte alles wurde absolut richtig gemacht.

Exceptitonanal property! Wowowowow! Thank you so much Juan and Zita for the absolute perfect stay. We booked the villa last minute as our hotel cancelled on us as we were on the way to the airport. It turns out to be for the best, as we found this property and booked very last minute. Juan was incredibly helpful over messages, and gave us all the infromation adn reassurance we needed. When we met him at the property, he couldnt be warmer or kinder. The house itself was perfect, impeccably clean, there wasn't a spot of dust in the entire property. Everything was brand new, tastefylly decorated and thoughtfully curated. The beds were cosy, the rooms airy, the whole space was perfect. There were ecen chickens on the prroperty, and the two toddlers loved going to visit them and feed them every morning. Juan was on hand with recommendations for the local area (all of them were brilliant) and he was incredibly responsive if we ever had a question. Lastly, the location is perfect, close to Campos and Santanyi, near to all our favourite beaches and only 25 mins drive from Palma airport. We are already planning to go back. Thank you for a charming, happy stay, we couldnt have asked for more!
