About this villa rental
Just outside the famous resort of Pittulongu, in the Belvedere complex, you'll find Villetta Nicola—a beautiful villa with sea views and a spacious outdoor area that leaves nothing to be desired. The holiday home features a comfortable living room with exposed beams, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one en suite), accommodating up to 6 guests. The villa offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and satellite TV.
The highlight is the fantastic outdoor area, complete with a private pool and a covered terrace—perfect for dining together. The large barbecue lets you prepare meals outdoors. Enjoy views of the sparkling turquoise sea and relax away from daily stress. The nearest supermarket is about 500 meters away, and a small selection of restaurants is around 1 km, easily reached by car. The sandy Pittulongu beach is about 1.1 km away or a 2-minute drive.
Parking is available on the property. Late check-in is possible for an extra fee.

We stayed here for 5 nights - and loved the house.It’s well stocked and spacious with quality fixtures & fittings.The outside space is compact but comfortably room for 6 loungers and a lovely dining area with views to the sea beyond. It also has a gas BBQ. Location is perfect for exploring the many lovely beaches & towns north of Olbia. There’s a great Pizza place at the bottom of the road joining the Pittulongu main road - take away or eat-in upstairs!Theres a small, but well stocked, supermarket just along the road. (If you are barbecuing- try the sliced chicken, from which they remove fat etc before weighing & thinly slicing it!)The immediate issue we had on arrival was the pool which is small & quite deep. I’m sure it’s lovely - but it was impossible for the older generation to get out of it. The “ladder” doubled up as pool filter unit with very narrow foot holds and an high starting point. Our daughter & partner were ok with sone effort, but the oldies never entered the pool on the basis we’d never be able to get back out unaided if we did!It should be made clear in the villa description that the pool may be unsuitable for older clients or those with mobility issues. Use of the pool is an essential part of the holiday for us and we would not have booked this property had we known. Hopefully this description will be rectified in future.That said when we raised the matter with the local agents they found another pool we could use on our last 2 days!

Pros: Contact met de beheerder was vlot en duidelijk. Verder is het echt een heerlijk huis op een prachtige plek. Goed uitgerust, netjes en schoon. Fijn zwembad.
Cons: Helaas was de vaatwasser stuk.

Die Kissen für Stühle/ Liegen waren sehr dreckig, wurden aber sofort ausgetauscht/gewaschen.
Man sollte beim Pool eine bessere Leiter zum aussteigen installieren. Die jetzige Leiter ist für Personen die ein bisschen älter sind schwer zu erreichen(erster Tritt hoch).
Ansonsten ist es einfach ein wunderschönes Haus, perfekte Lage und so wunderbar ruhig!
Auch der Kontakt mit der Agentur hat super funktioniert, sie waren immer erreichbar und prompt zur Stelle. Immer wieder gerne in diesem Haus👍
