Villa Mar y Roca is situated on a hill with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea and can accommodate 4 people. The holiday home has a light-flooded living room with characteristic, dark wood ceiling beams, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Further amenities include Wi-Fi, fans and a television. The highlight of the accommodation is the fantastic outdoor area, which enchants guests with a 28 m² pool, that invites visitors to relax under the Spanish sun, as well as a georgeous dining area with a view of the sea. Here you can quickly forget the stress of everyday life and enjoy a relaxing holiday! A selection of restaurants can be reached after 300 m or 5 minutes on foot and the closest, larger supermarket is 1.7 km away. The white, sandy beach Cala Binibequer awaits visitors just 650 m or a 9--minute walk from the property.

Das Ferienhaus bietet einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht von Cala Torret und liegt fußläufig zum Strand von Binibeca, der allerdings nicht sehr groß ist und in der Hochsaison schnell überlaufen ist. Etwas unterhalb des Hauses befindet sich eine Bar, in der an manchen Tagen Live-Musik bis spätabends gespielt wurde.
Der Pool ist groß und war bei unseren Kindern sehr beliebt. Besonders herauszuheben ist der tolle Service: Während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts wurden zweimal die Handtücher gewechselt und einmal das Haus komplett gereinigt inklusive Bettenservice und sogar der Abwasch wurde erledigt!
Insgesamt hat uns das Haus sehr gut gefallen und wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
