Cleanliness was great, loction was great, very peaceful, ambiance was good, well stocked with all essentials, no AC was ok but one night it stayed rather warm. Would give recommendation to dyay there.

Cute 2bd cabin in the northern Black Hills. It was nicely furnished and it had everything we could expect. It was perfect for us as we were primarily doing thing is Spearfish, Deadwood, or Lead.

The central location was great, and the cabin was nice, but it definitely needs updating. Mattresses on two of the three beds are desperately in need of replacing (one is very hard and one is just terrible). The DVD player is also broken so we weren't able to finish watching a movie without a lot of frustration and restarting. And since the cabin doesn't have WiFi, which we knew ahead of time, we also couldn't use our own streaming services, so no TV besides the 4 or so channels the cabin gets. The stove also needs replacing (cooking eggs is hard when the burner slides them all to one side.) The fridge runs almost constantly as well. Also, the bedspreads and blankets need a washing, and the furniture some Febreeze to get rid of a funky smell.
