About this apartment rental
My modern bungalow apartment is centered right in the heart of Lake Worth. Just steps away from downtown, and close to dozens of restaurants, shops and the beaches. This studio efficiency offers all of the conveniences of a stylish downtown apartment. Included: A kitchenette with 2 burner range, mini-fridge, toaster over and microwave give you plenty of cooking options, a walk-in closet, and a small shower. The studio has a very comfortable queen bed with a memory foam mattress and a small love seat. It's cute and quaint just steps from Common Grounds Roastery and Cafe, and many other restaurants. The Publix grocery is just a five minute walk and you can also choose from several bike rentals nearby. Matthews Brewing Company is just a two block walk which has a food truck seven days a week, live music and trivia, and many homemade craft brews! There are so many great options within a few minutes walk or bike ride in this eclectic little town, just 10 minutes from the Airport and 15 minutes from downtown West Palm Beach, and 20 minutes from Delray Beach. Bring your dog and enjoy all that south Florida has to offer!

Michael is a true superhost, charming, attentive, and uber efficient. His staff are friendly and also gave 100% attention!The apartment is designer decorated with absolutely every convenience you would need, and then some! Bright and airy, very well done. Congratulations on a great job! Thank you.

Pretty good. Small but comfortable. TV didn’t work very well.

Property was clean and updated. The property managers were very attentive. Property was one block (walking distance) from main drag. Several mice restaurants, a great sub place called L dubs, live music most nights at several bars - often free
The downside was property was 50 yards from one bar that had live music late on the weekend. So expect to hear it.
