Our interaction is heavily dependent on the guest(s). We are very proactive hosts but give the guest(s) the option on how interactive they want to be with us. Please keep in mind that we don't respond to service calls between the hours of 9 pm and 8 am unless it's an emergency.
Our Coastal Cabana is a ten minute walk from downtown Lake Worth Beach. Restaurants, shops, and art galleries are walkable. The neighborhood is comprised of similar bungalow-style homes and has a South Florida vibe. The beach is only a mile and a half away, and we provide bikes for our guests.
Note: Florida is a tropical environment with lots of nature . We have provided a tight energy efficient home . We do have pest control management that may treat the outside of the home during your stay. Please do your part to try to ensure bugs/ critters remain outside by promptly removing trash and following garbage day protocol. (Regular household garbage gets put curbside on garbage collection days in the BLACK cart with the wheels facing the curb .The GREEN cart is for yard waste only . The BLUE bin is for bottles cans glass and the YELLOW bin is for cardboard / newspapers ). Keeping all doors , windows , and screens closed will prevent our tiny friends from entering . If you notice any activity inside the house let us know and we will have pest control make a special stop to access the situation.
You are welcome anywhere in the cabana, but ask that you do not open the exterior garage door, or use/access any containers labeled for owner/cleaner use.
Welcome! Decompress as you walk onto our property under a palm tree and realize you're in paradise.
Feel at home as you enter the living room and kitchen space. Drop the black-out shades to watch a movie, or make a meal in our small but well equipped kitchen (mid-sized refrigerator electric range, microwave, pots, pans, glasses, utensils, Keurig, small blender, etc.
Sleep comfortably in our Queen bed, while the blackout shades don't let any of the Florida sun in. Our end tables, clock radio, dresser, and small closet will make it easy to unpack and organize your things. Control the temperature with a remote controlled mini-split air conditioner and ceiling fan.
The Florida-themed bathroom is stocked with the essentials: towels and starter toilet paper, soap, shampoo.
If you need to, work in the office area which has a counter, chair, ethernet line, and 24" monitor (HDMI connection. If you don't have a HDMI port you will need to bring an adapter.) A single-person day-bed is here in case you have a 3rd guest.
Grab the bikes, cooler, beach chairs, and other amenities if you're going exploring, and feel free to use our washer and dryer in the garage.
Downtown Lake Worth is a few blocks North, just turn left when you exit the property. There are sidewalks from the cabana to downtown, making this easily walkable. House provided bicycles are available for your use in the local area. Free street parking is available at the property.
Important: Please note that once you have booked, we require guests to complete a verification process that includes ID verification and security deposit. To make the process as seamless as possible, we'll provide you with a secure link where you can easily complete the verification steps. Rest assured, your privacy is important to us, and all information shared will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover accidental damages up to $500.00.

*Reservations from Bookxxg. com will be required the $500 refundable security deposit.
Please wear the provided (or your own) helmets when using our bicycles, and secure them with our locks if you park them while exploring town or the beach.
Using the ceiling fans provides great circulation and temperature management.
The office has a tower-style fan just outside the kitchen. It will draw air into the space for your comfort.
The house has WiFi, but if you require a more secure and faster connection, there is an ethernet wire at the office desk for your laptop.
**Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.
In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $35 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00.
** Receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.
** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.
**Max occupancy at all times is 3. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
** We have cameras on the exterior of the property for viewing or monitoring front door, common spaces outside and driveway. All of them are recording 24/7. There is a noise detector in the outdoor area and no recording takes place.
