El piso está muy bien equipado, decorado...es muy cómodo y bonito. Tiene una terraza muy chula y una sala de esta muy agradable.
Ubicación un poco lejos del centro. Para ir a pié son unos 25-30 min. Y por la noche nos costó mucho encontrar taxis o ubers para llevarnos. Limpieza: el suelo de todo el apartamento estaba sucio, sobre todo debajo de las camas de ambas habitaciones. El lavavajillas no había sido vaciado de los anteriores inquilinos. 750€ de garantía (es un poco desproporcionado) y no realizan ningún tipo de inventario ni al entrar al apartamento ni al salir (había varias manchas de aceita en una mesa de madera y manchas de quemado encima de la encimera.

Groot terras in de groene natuur, zeer ruime living en comfortabele bedden, rolluiken tegen licht en geluid, compleet uitgerust en zelfs thee en suiker en allerlei kleine producten aanwezig.
Afstand naar zee en Palais was 30m te voet, net iets te ver na lange dag . Kussens en bekleding zetel in living hebben hun beste tijd gehad.
