Nicely renovated gîte on an attractive site

The rural setting and view over the sea; the peace and sense of space while being close to the amenities of a town. The gîte (Pinot) is attractively decorated in contemporary style, with recent furniture and fittings (100% IKEA). Very clean other than some dust under sofa. Nice bottle of white wine from the estate in the fridge when we arrived.

Attractive view from Pinot gîte’s large terrace a bit spoiled by the fact that the strip of land between the terrace and the vines is used as a toilet by dogs, and is apparently never cleaned up. Air conditioning in the second bedroom didn’t work properly, meaning some hot nights. Not enough water glasses (6) and no frying pan. We never saw any staff until we handed in our key on the day we left. We arrived just after staff left for the day on Saturday (our miscalculation) but nobody dropped by afterwards to see if all was well or just to say hello and invite us to a wine-tasting.

Dusty but peaceful

The location, the pool was the best part of it, it was amazing with no noise at all and u could hear the trees and the nature while peacefully tanning yourself. (It needs a bit cleaning specifically the roofed area with the sofas, like remove from time to time all the spiderwebs…) but the pool was perfectly clean and it has heating! The kitchen was perfect! Everything works perfectly, the minisplit worked very well and the shower was great hot and cold water all the time. The furniture is well taken care of apart from not vacuuming the sofa and the mattresses, But at the end they did not charged us for the bed clothing which at the beginning we thought it was weird to be charged by this, but anyway we had a very nice and relaxing quiet time here. Bring your car to get faster to the center or to the beaches, the place has a gated parking with security access.

The way they show pictures of the gites but not all of them have a wine yard view like the photos, you could also get one with very small windows with not much light inside and a very public terrace. (The view is pretty from the small bed window you could see the sea) Also the mattresses, sofa and curtains with TOO MUCH dust. We know is normal at some point, with all the natural surrounding but a good deep vacumming is very needed. Not nice if you have allergies.

Fantastisk beliggenhed midt i vinmarken, naturområde med skov/bjerg og stier lige bag, hvor der kan gåes/løbes ture. 2,5 km til lille hyggelig by, med indkøb, bager og restauranter. Dejlig pool, skøn og veludstyret lejlighed. Mange vingårde i området. Mulighed for at spille paddle. Toulon ligger 15 min væk, og er skøn by som lille udflugt. Kommer gerne igen.

Super Urlaub und wir kommen absolut gerne wieder.

Die Lage war 1A, gut zu finden, ausreichend Parkplatz, schönes Weinanwesend. Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert, entweder es ist jemand vor Ort oder der Schlüssel ist im Safe hinterlegt. PIN per Mail. Alles easy. Die Unterkunft mit einer herrlichen Terrasse und Blick auf das Meer. Es war alles Nötige vorhanden ,wie z.B. Kaffeemaschine, Spüler, Waschmaschine, Bettdecke, Kopfkissen und vollfertige Betten, keine Schlafsofas. Es war auch alles echt toll geputzt, Dusche, Klo etc. war alles sauber. TV nur in französisch, aber das ist Ansichtssache, wir haben es nicht gebraucht. Hausmeister immer vor Ort, wenn Fragen oder Probleme in der Unterkunft auftreten sollten. Super Service. Kleinere Veranstaltungen mit Musikabende rundeten den Aufenthalt dort ab. Perfekt. Und natürlich das absolute Highlight war die eigene Poolanlage. Sauber, gepflegt und echt erholsam. Strände gab es genügend in der Nähe und auch der Besuch von Monaco uns Saint Tropez waren nicht max. 2,5h entfernt. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fijn verblijf met een heerlijk schoon zwembad!

Complete inrichting zoals wasmachine, nette koelkast,goede airco in verschillende kamers, etc. De service was ook heel goed. Huisje bestond uit 3 niveaus.Ik was gevallen van de trap omdat ik niet zo mobiel ben. En we zijn zonder moeite direct overgeboekt naar een huisje gelijkvloers.

Het was jammer dat ondanks dat het heel schoon leek we wat vlooienbeten hebben opgelopen. Ze zouden daar gelijk werk van maken toen we het hadden gemeld

Geweldig en heel compleet huisje in een prachtige omgeving!

Huisje Cabernet is een heerlijk huisje dat van alle gemakken is voorzien: vaatwasser, wasmachine en een uitstekend en groot bed. Het huisje is vorig jaar helemaal vernieuwd en alles is nieuw en fris. De ontvangst door de medewerker van La Navicelle was hartelijk en ook later konden we er altijd terecht bij vragen. Ze dachten met ons mee en waren heel behulpzaam. Het terras bij het huisje is heerlijk ruim en heeft een prachtig uitzicht over de wijngaarden en op de Middellandse Zee in de verte.

Er was maar weinig dat tegenviel. Het enige wat beter zou kunnen is dat er geen kussens waren voor de stoelen op het terras. Ook het aantal pannen was wat beperkt. Maar verder was alles uitstekend.
