Its location and the outside space. It is also pretty spacious inside.

Great location. Clean, tidy. Well equipped and kept. Matt, the owner next door, was very helpful in taking in a postal delivery while we were out for the day. Thank you, Matt.

The location was great, very quiet but just a few moments walk from all amenities. The owner/manager was very pleasant and checked everything was alright when we arrived. The property was very clean and tidy. Garden area a good size and totally enclosed, excellent for children and pets.
I felt the listing made the property look larger than it was. The fixtures and fittings whilst all clean are very dated with old electrics and plumbing. Kitchen drawers broken and handle almost coming off. Also all the crockery was out in the cupboards wet! The dishwasher didn’t work either. Although I know it isn’t necessary but in over 40 years of renting holiday homes this is the only one that didn’t have a welcome pack. Just some tea bags and milk would have been nice.
