It was in a great location and a great place to get together with family and the dogs loved the huge back garden.
It could have had a few more mirrors.

Lovely location for a girlie weekend away with a lovely big kitchen table to sit round and share food and chat.In spite of the awful weather outside, we were all cosy inside. The kitchen was well equipped and the towels lovely and soft.

Nice spacious holiday home in a stunning location. Ideal break for our 3 generation family break.
Ideally a larger freezer or american style fridge/freezer would help larger parties plenty of fridge facilities limted freezer space. We also missed a tumble dryer at the property as our weather wasn't great.

The house was brilliant for our family gathering as it provided comfortable beds, plenty of chairs and a very well equiped kitchen with a large table for communal meals. The conservatory area was particularly lovely and used every day. There was ample parking for 5 family cars and easy access via the lane from the main road. The position was ideal for coastal walks and short drives to other favourite places such as Trebarthwith sands, Boscastle etc. Members of the family came from Morcambe, Birmingham, Southampton, Bournemouth,Yeovil and Barnstaple and there was no problem with any of their journeys to reach Penhallick house.
We didn't have any dislikes! The only slight problem was the weather on Sunday 1st May for my mum's committal ceremony at Trewarmett cemetary but rather than standing around the family grave we used the conservatory area for the eulogy service and later in the evening visited the site for the interment.
