It was a nice surprise, very vibrant and lovely staff. Well located for the airport and tram/metro to central Amsterdam.
The location was a bit strange looking (unkept surrounding).

Easy access from airport via train and metro. Auto check -in procedure was very easy and fast. We do appreciate the fact that our room was ready earlier and provided to us one hour before check - in time.
The room was spacious and very bright.
There was dust covering all the furniture of the room (tables, deks etc). The day before check out, cleaning service did not take place in our room. Thus no towel change provided, no tidying of the room provided (rubbish bins not cleaned). After informing hotel reception via booking chat platform chat, no repsonse provided by hotel staff!!

Location. Vibe
Room was a little cold. Couldn’t stop the blower at night. Didn’t have a plug in the basin, so struggled to shave without wasting lots of water.
