Sheraton Belitung Resort

The location is amazing! The beach area is just breathtaking. Water was crystal clear and I couldn’t get enough of it.

The restaurant menu is pretty small and food is just ok. White wine selection was very limited. If you want a glass of wine the only option is wine from Bali. Room cleaning was also just ok. One day they forgot to wipe the table and it had dried food stains, another day they left the toilet seat wet after cleaning. Minor things. But noticeable. Overall hotel is good everything works, staff is very friendly.

It is out of this world. The experience, service and facilities is wow.

The room was wonderful, everything as expected and spacious balcony. The restaurant food were great, very tasty excellent food. Although we wished they have other restaurants available. The pool was really long and great for children as well. The best part was the clean and calm beach!

The other facilities such as gym, spa and kids club could use some upgrade. The kids club was mainly for babies not even toddlers. And we wished there were pathways to make the walk in the resort more comfortable (not in the sand). At the time of our stay there was an event going on but they use really loud mic (night and morning at the beach) and it was quite noisy for the other guests who weren't in the event.

Great Breakfast. Excellent white sand beach. Staff are well trained.

Property about 5km from main road. Not walkable, buggy rides needed for movements from one place to another. Far from city or shopping areas. No transport provided to city and back.
