Actual Hilton Staff were helpful and lovely, Pool options, Sauna etc were great. Location was perfect, could walk everywhere. Great little cafe on ground floor, fresh refreshment drinks complimentary.
Lifts can be a bit busy and hectic at certain times and would be helpful if someone explained the lift situation upon arrival (certain rooms and sections of the building have to use certain lifts).
Q Stay staff were rude and uninterested in dealing with their customers. Cleanliness of room was disapointing.
