Lovely and homely. Clean and well equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds and beautiful layout. Host was brilliant. Small issue when we arrived as the hot tub was empty. One message to Gary and someone was with us in under half an hour. Cannot ask for better response than that.

A great lodge in a beautiful part of Cornwall.

Clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Communication was excellent and the lodge is in a great location for Newquay, Perranporth and the surrounding area. Day trip to Falmouth on the south coast was only forty minutes. The site was quiet even though it was school holidays and it was lovely relaxing in the large hot tub in the evening sunshine. Our dogs had a wonderful time - as did we. Would certainly book again.

A lush half term weekend in Cornwall

My family and I stayed at this caravan last weekend, during the Welsh half term. We arrived to find the caravan spotlessly clean, very spacious, with all the mod cons and with very nice decor. The hot tub was a big plus! The owners have clearly thought of everything when it comes to staying here with a child and family pet - we will definitely pack lighter next time! 😃 Garry & Lyn are extremely helpful, everything was easy to find, and they checked in with us regularly throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. They even posted our sons IPad back to Wales for us as he left it behind on Sunday!😃 The caravan is located on a lovely holiday park, in a prime location, with a short walk to the on-site bar/restaurant. All of the staff and other guests were so friendly and kind to us, making a big fuss of our Lab, Cooper, who was on his first family holiday! We won the quiz on Saturday in the Sunset Bar and had a great evening with lots of laughs. We very much look forward to rebooking as soon as we can. If you are thinking of booking this caravan, you'll have a great quality, relaxing family break.

Absolutely fantastic break with my family

Well what can I stay, it’s an absolutely gorgeous caravan. Very clean, very spacious, lots of clothes storage. Loved the separate room for the clothes. We’ve stayed on the site before but this was by far the best caravan we’ve stayed in. Also the hot tub made it for us, the weather wasn’t great when we stayed so having the tub just finished our evening off lovely. Would definitely recommend and stay again

It’s huge! Bigger than the pictures suggest. Very well equipped too. All full size appliances. Hot tub could fit 8. Despite being dog friendly, there was no trace of previous dogs being there. Absolutely spotless. Site a look so spotless, swimming pool on-site excellent. Didn’t require use of the bar & restaurant though so can’t comment. Great location, our days out to Padstow, Newquay, St Ives, Lands End were all a pleasant drive away.

If I had to choose something, it would be that the fridge didn’t get cold enough for me, but I have it just above freezing at home so that’s just me, not the fridge.

Fabulous Easter break!

Lovely to have a hot tub at this time of year to relax in after a day walking the windy beaches and going to the swimming pool.

Would have been good to have a cut grass area for the children to ply football or other games.

Very relaxing/comfortable/clean/welcoming/quiet

This property is perfect in every way. Beds and bedding super comfortable. Heating perfect. Campsite quiet no screaming kids around. Plenty of space in the caravan and bigger than most. The single beds are bigger than most caravans so perfect for 6ft son. Clean/spotless. Lots of extras like torch,first aid kit,iron,board games. Highly recommend this caravan. 20 years of caravan hols and this is by far the most comfortable especially with teens and a medium dog. Pool excellent with shower and changing facilities and chairs around. Pool is 1.5 m deep. Bar restaurant is friendly, food good and dog friendly. This site would suit couples looking for somewhere quiet or teen family’s. Hot tub perfect. Thank you Garry perfect host

Great escape!!!

What a lovely caravan site and luxury caravan it had a peaceful, but friendly feel away from hustle and bustle of the town, but close enough to enjoy the best beaches like Fistral, Perranporth and Crantock a few miles away in the car. It was a very dog friendly site which suited our needs being able to take the dog with us in the evening to play pool and have a drink whilst the kids played on the park and relaxing in the hot tub after a day out. Just perfect for our needs. Lots of little extras in the caravan to make you feel at home. Would definitely go again 🥰

No criticisms here!! Would have been nice to walk to town but escaping the hustle and bustle of a busy summer escape counteracted this.

Wonderful stay

Excellent stay. The lodge is like a home from home. The lodge is spotless and the hot tub is fantastic. The host made the directions to the lodge and collecting of the keys very easy. The hamper of essentials was a lovely touch after a long drive. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

Extremely cosy lodge with nice view, close to an amazing beach. Had everything you could need to self cater (Dec 2020 visit during tier 2 restrictions) very nice to come back to after long winter hikes ! Didn't expect the lovely little 'suite' which was the main bedroom, more spacious than you'd think !

Amazing!

Stayed here with my husband and 2 young daughters for my 30th birthday and absolutely loved it! Lyn made such an effort to make it feel homely when we arrived with lots of little touches and it was absolutely spotless and full of luxury! The hot tub was also a great extra! It’s in a great location, very close to lots of things to do and some beautiful areas of Newquay! We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be returning!
