The apartment is located on the 1st floor, is clean and fully equipped for summer there is air conditioning, for winter there is individual heating system. It has a washer, a dishwasher, many kitchen equipments. You can easily stay for a longer periods of time. You can find very easy an empty parking slot.
The location is not having a view and the building is an old building, not very well maintained.

The location was great for us as we had some work in the neighbourhood but it is not very central (about 20-25 minutes far from the old town centre). There is a supermarket right over the corner, the kitchen has everything you need, very comfortable beds, spacious rooms. The apartment itself is wonderful!
The price is a little too high for that area
