Panoramic RESIDENCE

Foarte curat, amenajat cu bun gust, parcare in fata blocului. Bloc nou cu lift, toate dotările necesare. Terasa este un mare plus. Jocuri pt.copiii mai micuți, tv cu programe de streaming. Vesela necesară (deși craticioarele cred că nu sunt pt plita pe inducție), prosoape, gel dus, plus orice ai nevoie și acasă.

Colțarul din living este ceva dezastru. Scârțâie cum te miști ușor pe el atunci când este tras, și oricum te-ai așezat sa dormi, efectiv prinzi câte o Fulga la spate. Groaznic am dormit pe el. Nu știu cei ce locuiesc dedesubt cum fac fata acelui scârțâit. La dus că și recomandare pt proprietari (că e păcat de banii investiți), trebuie pus un prag ușor mai mare. Nu este făcută căderea pt scurgere cum trebuie și apa ajunge f ușor în interiorul băii.

Confortabil și curat. Apartamentul este echipat cu tot ce ai nevoie. Arată exact ca și în poze.

So I've booked the Flat for 3 people I had a very pleasant stay at Panoramic Residence, located on Vasile Alecsandri 72D in Baia Mare. The one-bedroom flat was very clean, well maintained, and nicely arranged, making it feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Has a beautiful panoramic view, which you can enjoy both during the day and in the evening. The apartment is bright, quiet, and has a modern, cozy atmosphere. I also appreciated how well equipped the flat was, with everything needed for a short or longer stay. The area is calm and convenient, and access to the building was easy and smooth. I want to recommend Panoramic Residence to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable apartment with a great view. I would gladly stay here again not to forget the owner asked me kindly if I need anything else to add to my stay. Thank you

Totul a fost conform descrierii, ne-am simțit bine, apartament curat și confortabil ! Am apreciat căldura prin pardoseala, un mare plus pentru noi! Am preluat apartamentul cu 24 grade pe termostat, desi afara nu era foarte frig (undeva la 13-15 grade ). Check-in facil, check-out asemenea.
