About this house rental
Our house, equipped with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, is located in one of the most panoramic points of all of Northern Sardinia, the priceless view of the nearby islands of Maddalena and Corsica, the living room overlooking a beautiful lawn, and the proximity to the most famous places in Gallura will make your holiday in Palau special. Free parking and services shortly reachable.
In the northern promontory of the village of Palau, our house offers the comfort of two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with dining room [4 seats] and a kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer. , electric oven and accessories [plates - dishes - pots, etc]. The house comfortably accommodates 4 adults but is present in the living room also a sofa bed. Our houses are located within a large property surrounded by Mediterranean scrub and are not affected by the noise of road traffic or nightclubs. The view of the Maddalena archipelago and Corsica [on days of high visibility] allows you to admire scenarios of incredible beauty. Outside you can use the barbecue. Please note: Our property consists of 6 terraced units [1bedroom and 2bedroom apartments], so please write to us even if this specific house is not available in the calendar.
HOUSE RULES: please respect the separate collection and do not leave waste at check-out - guests not declared at the time of booking are not allowed - pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed - smoking is allowed only in the outdoor areas - the supply of bed linen and bath towels is excluded from the booking cost and affects € 15 per person on request.
LOCATION and ACTIVITIES: We are located in the promontory of Palau, about 1.5 km from the beach "La Sciumara" and from the town where it is possible to take advantage of the market [the closest one 800 meters] - shops - restaurants - coffee bars and all other useful services [pharmacy - bank - tobacco, etc]. The Island of La Maddalena can be visited all year round. In the area, there are many activities such as: cycling, trekking, coastal and mountain excursions, boat trips, scuba diving, Snorkeling, Windsurfing. The most fascinating locations in the area are all within easy reach. Such as: Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo, Poltu Cuatu, Baja Sardinia, Santa Teresa di Gallura. From home, you can reach in a few minutes all the other most beautiful beaches of Gallura [Porto Pollo - Cala Trana - Padula Piatta - Burnt boat].
TERRITORY: Splendid natural scenery characterize the area of Palau and its coast enriched with dozens of beaches and coves, majestic granite cliffs and stones artistically carved and shaped by time and the sea, such as the famous Bear's Rock. Ancient nuraghi, boat trips around the Maddalena archipelago, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1998, nightlife and shopping in a location that offers a unique compromise between humble seafaring traditions and the highest levels of luxury and fashion in the nearby Costa Smeralda. Palau is also a destination of interest for those who love mountain nature, thanks to the lush areas, where excellent farmhouses offer the best dishes in the area.

La vista sull’arcipelago della Maddalena è spettacolare. La posizione isolata degli appartamenti, con il ben curato giardino, permette di goderne al meglio!
