Beautiful cottage "Michelina", detached, surrounded by meadows and fields. 5 km from the centre of Palau, 35 km from the centre of Olbia, 25 km from the centre of Porto Cervo, on a slope, 5 km from the sea. Private: garden 750 m2 (fenced) with trees, meadow. Bumpy motor access to 250 m from the house. Parking on the premises. Bus stop 5 km, sandy beach 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Parapet height of the terrace approx. 70 cm.

Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with hatch. 2 showers/WC. Oil heating. Large terrace 60 m2 partly roofed. Das Haus ist einwandfrei gepflegt, ausladende Terrasse mit Blick auf Sonnen- und Mondaufgang, Alleinlage. Die Küche ist sehr gut, mit den neuesten Geräten ausgestattet und auch ein Grillplatz ist vorhanden. Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Sowohl die Stadt Palau als auch Arzachena sind also leicht und in Kürze erreichbar. Die Vermieterin M. hat sich rührend um alles gekümmert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
