Fantastic location, apartment is spacious, nice terrace with a beautiful view. Ines (owner/property manager) communicated promptly and was nice.

A few areas of “low hanging fruit” that could have made this 10/10. Facilities - this is an older apartment and it shows, which would be ok. However, what wasn’t ok was the lack in basic items and features. For a party of 8, which was the size of our group and max occupancy, one expects 8 glasses, 8 plates, 8 mugs etc. of one type, not having to scramble to serve a table. Same for towels - I would classify what we got as rags, not adequate when charged 3000€/week. No dishwasher (absolute must for 8 people), and washing machine available downstairs, but they charge 4€ per use. Seriously? Again, for 3000€/week, not ok. No shade on the terrace, rendering it useless for most of the day. A few umbrellas would go a long way. Air conditioning - this was the biggest and most unpleasant surprise. To be fair, the property neither mentions nor advertises air conditioning, and it did not occur to me to assume it would be an issue before hand bc for the price, one simply expects it for a summer vacation in Mallorca with temperatures around 35 daily. When we arrived, we learned that there are only two portable air conditioning units which were utterly inadequate, and we ended up sleeping in 28 degree heat indoors, sweating and not getting adequate rest. This place needs proper built in units that serve 3 bedrooms and the living room, not a patch up “solution” and fans. Altogether, we would not stay again as we felt the place could have been perfect if only a handful basic things got fixed. Seems like huge demand in Mallorca implies there is less incentive to invest. However, kitchenware, towels and basic shade and climate management are non negotiable when paying 3000€/ week. We somehow managed but families with younger children, less physically fit or older people would truly struggle.
