Casa Fenix has a one bedroom main house and a Studio casita with a large yard fenced and gated. Swimming pool , air-conditioned , With a well-equipped modern kitchen and outdoor kitchen with fireplace.
Beautiful grounds in a quiet and safe neighbourhood
King size beds in each building and air bed in the office is available, as well as a child’s travel bed . We are located in Buenos Aires close to Tres Palapas pickleball court and Hotel Pescadores fishing resort . ( Great little “Cheers” type bar is located inside Patti’s Resort and she offers lunch and dinner and sports on her TVs ! ) 5 min walk to North Beach area where Restaurants Dodos Beach club and The Last Resort are located
Gardener and pool maintenance are included. Filtered water system and outdoor kitchen ! A great place to relax with friends . Perfect place for two couple or family. Star gaze from the rooftop patio ! We have great WiFi and smart tvs in each casita ! Guaranteed to enjoy your time in our Baja home !

Beautiful home, with a lovely yard. The out side grill/kitchen wasn't clean. It had spider webs all over it. Couldn't figure out how to use the oven, but didn't really care. The pool is amazing. Again a hurricane hit and water came through the ceiling in the kitchen. But a ton of rain came down with high winds. Awesome place to hang out, differently would recommend it. Just not in early September.

Property was as described. My wife and i stayed for the month of July and had a very relaxing month the pool was big enough to relax and cool down everything worked fine the outside BBQ area was also nice we would stay there again Ray and Carol were very good to work with and we loved our stay.

We had so much fun at this lovely house great to rent the quads too.Pictures do not do justice .we will be back to stay as we live in Cabo.Just a side note bring cash as most places are cash only!.Thanks Ray and Carol....
