THE SPACE:
Two exceptional apartments covering a combined 3,000 sq ft of luxury and convenience. Total, the units have 5Bedrooms with 5Full Bathrooms and are capable of sleeping up to 14 adults and 2 children. Units cover 4 private floors of the building and are connected via a shared stairwell.
Unit A- 3Bedroom/3Bathroom cover the 1st and basement levels of the building. A great mix of sleek and posh with all the comforts of home, this apartment is designed for a truly delightful stay. The entry level of the home (street level) is comprised of the living room, kitchen area, and 1x bedroom and full bath. This bedroom/bath is great for guests with mobility issues as there's only 4 steps off the street to get into the building, with no additional steps to get into the bedroom/bathroom. The downstairs basement level has 2 additional bedrooms and bathrooms. There's also an outdoor patio to enjoy when weather permits. This unit can sleep 8 adults + 2 children.
Unit B - 2Bedroom/2Bathroom cover 2nd and 3rd floors of the building. Sophisticated and inviting, this designer Bi-Level unit has every detail in place for a relaxing stay. The entry level (2nd floor) offers kitchen, living space with one queen sleeper sofa, single floor mattress, and one bedroom with full bath. The upper level has another bedroom with full bath. There's a walk-out porch off the living area. This unit can sleep 6.

Located in downtown Philadelphia (Queen Village / Italian Market), the location can't be beat. Highly sought after neighborhood with the perfect mix of family and fun, Just a short walk or ride to all tourist attractions (Independence Hall/Liberty Bell), festivities, great restaurants, shopping, and whatever else you may need. If you'd prefer not to walk, the bus stop or a taxi/uber is literally just up the block. The building is in a very safe neighborhood, with free street parking in the majority of the area as there are 3 municipal lots within 3 blocks! This place is a real gem!

We recently had a sibling trip to Philadelphia to revisit the city our father grew up in. It had been many years since the last visit for some of the group and a first for most. We chose this duplex because of its location and proximity to the places we wanted to go to, including a couple of Phillies games as well as Old Town for the historic sites. The availability of enough beds and bathrooms worked out perfectly for us and the units were immaculately kept. We had a wonderful stay, some in our group calling the trip ‘epic.’ It truly was and having this place to base out of made it all possible. I would definitely stay here again and certainly recommend it.

Wonderful hosts that promptly respond to any request. Nice neighborhood for walking to the Italian market and lots of quaint restaurants with BYOB

We rented two units to accommodate five couples for the weekend. The accommodations were beautiful and the location perfect. We walked to the Italian Market, the Magic Garden, the Constitution Center and the Palizzi Social Club.Even the weather was great!🌞

We had 6 adults and one child stay and the two units were the perfect size. The neighborhood is great and easy to get downtown for events/activities. Any questions were addressed right away by the owners. Would recommend!
