“We had an amazing stay at The Sommelier’s Quarters during our Napa wine-tasting trip! It was perfect for two couples — my sister and her fiancé joined my wife and me — and the setup couldn’t have been better.
Each bedroom had its own bath, and the open living area was ideal for relaxing after visiting the vineyards. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed, including a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and comfortable seating areas. The location was unbeatable — walking distance to downtown Napa, Oxbow Market, and plenty of great restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. Parking was easy and the courtyard patio was a lovely spot for morning coffee.
Chris was a wonderful host — proactive, kind, and very responsive. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Napa!”

This beautiful property was in mint condition, clean, well-stocked, quiet, tastefully decorated, and in a perfect location. Chris was so easy to work with! He provided the best house information that we’ve ever seen, full of lots of information and minutely detailed as to the logistics of the property. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. 100% recommend!

The accommodations were great and convenient to downtown activities. Chris was very responsive and everything was clean and today. It was an enjoyable stay.

Our check in process was seamless and the property was as described. There was an unusual odor in the property at check in we did not think was cleaning products but it was not terribly unpleasant. When we woke up the next morning we went on a quick grocery run and less than 2 hours later we discovered an ant infestation in our sealed in plastic breakfast pastries we had placed on the counter. This started several days of ants joining us in bathrooms, kitchen, everywhere (after that first day we threw away all the groceries we had bought and did not bring home any of our leftovers.) While the property owner was responsive, did come out to try and spray and remedy the problem they denied ever having an ant issue before. I also felt they were accusatory about us having sealed food on the counter. Between the four adults ages 37-68, we have owned 6 residences and not ever had this issue. I’m sure in the course of more than 40 years we have had sealed food on a counter for more than 2 hours without hundreds of ants arriving.
Related to them never having an ant issue, we found ant spray in the cabinet that matched the strange smell when we first checked in which we used while we waited for them to come over after our first reach out to them. After several days of back and forth, multiple visits, stepping on ants in the dark on the way to the bathroom in the night, they finally sent out a professional exterminator the day before we checked out and that resolved the issue.
