• No smoking anywhere on the premises. A deep cleaning fee of $1,000 will be charged for smoking on the premises.
• No pets.
• No shoes on the rugs.
• Please use the beach towels provided in the Game Room when using the hot tub.
• Additional Guests: Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property. Any unregistered guest will be charged $50/person a day.
