Holiday House Serenity

We stayed at this property at the end of May 2026 and had a wonderful experience. This is a separate guest house attached to the owners’ home. Although the owners live on the property, they are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and respectful of guests’ privacy, so we never felt uncomfortable. We would usually meet them only in the morning or in the evening and always enjoyed our pleasant conversations. The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a large, secure parking area inside the property. The house stays pleasantly cool even during warm weather, so we didn’t need to use the air conditioning at all. Everything was very comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, with all the appliances and amenities we needed. The kitchen is especially well equipped, with beautiful tableware, a ceramic cooktop, and a dishwasher. We really enjoyed preparing meals and having dinner on the shaded terrace. The garden and swimming pool deserve special praise. The entire outdoor area is beautifully maintained, cozy, and carefully designed. The large swimming pool is spotless and includes an outdoor shower. We were amazed by the variety of mature palm trees, flowering plants, and beautifully cared-for greenery throughout the garden. Another huge advantage is the pool itself—it is large, long, and wide, with easy access. Best of all, it is a saltwater pool without chlorine, which made swimming especially enjoyable. Everything needed for grilling is also provided. The owner, Daniel, is exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. We are truly grateful for his attention and for all his recommendations, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. Every place he suggested we visit on Krk Island turned out to be absolutely worth seeing. On the day of our arrival, he even booked a wonderful restaurant for us, which we loved so much that we returned several more times during our stay.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa insieme al mio fidanzato e a una coppia di amici e non potevamo chiedere di meglio. La casa è semplicemente fantastica: spaziosa, silenziosa, pulitissima, ordinata e con un profumo piacevole che ti accoglie appena entri. Era fornita di tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, curata nei minimi dettagli. All’esterno la piscina è un vero gioiello: grande, sempre pulita e attrezzata con comode sdraio che hanno reso le nostre giornate di relax ancora più piacevoli. Non ci è mancato assolutamente nulla. Questa vacanza è stata davvero memorabile anche grazie a Daniel, che è sempre stato super gentile, amichevole e disponibile in ogni momento. La sua accoglienza e attenzione ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Consiglio questa villa a chiunque voglia vivere un soggiorno indimenticabile. Anche la posizione è perfetta , vicinissimo al centro di Malinska ma noi ci siamo anche spostati a veglia e a baska . È una vacanza che rimarrà nel cuore , sicuramente torneremo ! Traumhafter Pool und wunderschöner Garten - zur Begrüßung gab's eine gute Flasche Wein

Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad in Kroatien unterwegs und habe hier drei Tage Erholung pur genossen. Daniel war immer für uns erreichbar und hat sich um alles gekümmert! Auch Oma und Opa von Daniel bei denen ich mich hiermit nochmals recht herzlich bedanken möchte für den grandiosen herzlichen Empfang! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!
