Good parking, nice balcony and in the night a lot of wild boars you can watch wandering around in the city when you sit on the balcony.
View from the balcony is to the South and the beach and the ocean is in the North.

The apartment is in a good location, close to the beach and the city center.
A very basic apartment with a few issues. The shower didn't drain, and there wasn't enough toilet paper.
