About this villa rental
Located perfectly between Vale Do Lobo, Quinta Do Lago and Almancil, Quinta Pequena is a large traditional family villa in a beautiful private surrounding. The villa is set nicely back into a greenbelt pine forest just off Estrada Vale Do Lobo, the road hosting the largest number of local restaurants within the area.
The villa is quiet and private and enjoys a secluded yet perfectly central location in the Golden Triangle. Mature local trees and plants fill the grounds and the plot is large and spacious and securely walled with an electric gate.
There are fantastic outdoor facilities including a 10-meter heated pool (Pool heating is optional at an additional cost), outdoor seating and sunbathing for up to 56 people, wall mounted Spotify tablet with built-in garden speakers, and mood lighting for those lovely evenings outdoors. There is also a dedicated double charcoal barbeque area with an outdoor sink with its own dining table for sociable cooking.
The indoor space hosts two lounges with open fireplaces and comfy seating for up to 16 downstairs and a further 6 upstairs. There is also a 16 seater indoor dining room with a quiet area for reading and relaxing in the air conditioning. There are independent kitchens and dining upstairs and down for optional privacy and the downstairs kitchen is located directly next to the outdoor dining area for easy lunch and dinner time serving.
All lounges and bedrooms are installed with TV’s including fully Independent Sky Packages with all sports channels and the ability to stream anything from your mobile device or laptop. The villa is well equipped with everything you’ll need for a home from home experience. The owner lives next door should you need any advice or help during your stay.

Great villa in a beautiful setting. Walkable to a lovely choice of restaurants. Basil was very welcoming and helpful with all of our questions answered.

Enjoyed our stay at Quinta Pequeta. Basil was very helpful in showing us around the Villa and we quickly settled in. Ideal location for us as a large family and with easy access to local sites via the efficient Uber service.We liked the lay out of the bedrooms and the highlight was the outside facilities particularly in the evenings. Some upgrading of the kitchen is needed but understandably there will always be some wear and tear in this area.Otherwise, we thoroughly our time here and came back with some great memories.

We spent a week here with a party of four families, Eight adults and seven teenagers. The House was big and had excellent outdoor dining and pool areas. Enough space for a big group. The outside dining furniture and sofas could have been in better shape though. Many of them where broken and some pillows had mold spots.
The pool was big enough and fresh and there was enough sun loungers and parasols for everybody. A very nice touch was the outdoor bluetooth speakers, so we could listen to music while sitting outside at night
House was also spacious. Kitchens and bathrooms were a bit outdated but they worked ok for their purpose. Everything was clean when we came and the house was cleaned once during the week.
There were nice restaurants very near that we visited (Parilla Natural and Simply Tapas y Vinho) and Louisa’s catering served us an excellent bbq meal one night.
All in all we had a good stay. With a bit of updating this house would be perfect for a big group.
