The area was quiet and beautiful! We loved the sunrise and sunsets. Lots of animals around. The house was cute and very homey. Hosts were awesome and couldn't ask for better people!

Very charming peaceful and quiet. Host was amazing. The only thing I would say negative was that the house could use a good cleaning under beds, couch etc rest of the house was very clean and cozy. Lots of wildlife and beautiful yard.

Our time at Bridgeport was fantastic! We enjoyed our week and left longing for more time. Melody is a wonderful host! The house is charming, roomy, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The bedrooms are roomy and the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed spending time in the large yard and on the front porch. Fires in the kitchen stove were a highlight of our evenings. The location is perfect for all things Gettysburg, DC, and Mount Vernon. Overall, it is a wonderful place to relax and unplug.
