Villa Felice

This is an amazing front line villa with an amazing view of the sea, all the creature comforts needed and a short walk from Es Pou beach and the shops, bars and restaurants in Cala Egos. Several friends have seen my photos and asked for the link to the property. Short drive to Cala D'Or and the marina.

The villa had shutters but it was a slight nuisance to close them all each night so perhaps some curtains to block out the light would be beneficial but this is such a minor negative and did not stop me from giving the property a 10/10

Everything.

I was panicking as at 1am in the morning I couldn't find the key box. It was cleverly hidden and my son located it but I think that once you have a booking confirmation, the description of EXACTLY where the box is could be a little clearer.

Perfect location and view. Facilities and equipment very good. Carlo was excellent, we had his phone number and if he was needed he was there. The A/C in the bedrooms was very welcoming.

We were promised a change of towels during the week, and she never turned up. Only one umbrella by the pool, which was in very bad shape. For 6 people I would expect 3.

The house is newly renovated, the furniture is really nice and cosy. The view is stunning, and it is furnished in details. A grill is present and have different areas to chill and different tables outside/innside to rest to have lunch to avoid the wind or sun.

COLD and HUMID. The house is not be provided by enough electricity power to support the heating system properly. We spend the first days cold and no electricity - no fridge working no light. The house was extremely cold and humid. March, April, May are very windy, rainy and cold months. As solution the agency told us over the phone not to heat certain rooms... and use the chimney. Agency did not want to grant any discount, also was very bad organised, the password and name of wifi were wrong and never met us personally. The Appointment done none showed up. We were waiting at our arrival for someone to explain everything - none came. The last day we left - and still nobody took care of it. they sent someone to provide the wood, same person who took care to clean the pool.
