About this house rental
Naushop with access to community pool and tennis & pickle ball courts located on the bicycle trail and close to town and amenities. Home has central Air, sliding door to private patio. There are 4 Bedrooms includes a 2nd floor King bed on suite, Queen bed and two twins with shared full bath and a recently renovated 4th bedroom on the Lower level with a King. The house features an open circular floor plan on first with living room (pull out queen bed), dining room and eat in kitchen with half bathroom on 1st. Laundry lower level. Private Yard with Barb-Q, outside shower and off street parking for 2 cars. walk or bicycle to town beaches or any and all destinations. Cars can be helpful, especially with groceries but not necessary. 1 mile from Nantucket Airport and 2 miles to the Ferry

We loved our stay here. The house is in a great location—close to town, beaches and airport — and nice neighborhood. The bikes and beach supplies were super helpful. Would love to go back some time.

This property was well equipped with all the necessities and then some. Great neighborhood close to the bus stop and bike path. Having the pool access was a bonus!

Just returned from our annual week on ACK and am already missing it. This house was actually even nicer and more spacious than the pictures show. Plenty of space for a family of 4 or larger really. Huge, nice, locked storage shed in the backyard, which is great if you bring expensive bikes, beach supplies, etc. Owner provided very nice beach chairs, coolers, and even bikes. Would definitely rent again.
