Door had access code. House was big and comfortable. My family and I enjoyed it. I wish I could afford it every weekend during the summer. Water park was great

The home was wonderful and in great shape, however if you are looking to rent from an individual this is not the place. It is run by a management firm. If you email any questions you get an automated reply. You also get constant messages via booking.com regarding the property & area which is great, but they only need to send it once. I believe I got it daily and it is redundent.

Again as I said above to many automated messages and no direct contact with owners or property managers. However everything ran very smooth. Also an maybe not a huge deal, but the pool is quite small. For us it did not matter as the weather was quite chilly when we were there. I did email to ask it if was heated but never received any type of response.

The house was spacious and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains allowed the kids to sleep in which is always great. Loved the estate and having access to the Hideaway Clubhouse where we spent a lot of our time.

The property has a pool however it was not heated and was too cold to be enjoyed which was disappointing. We rented this house so that we could put kids to bed and enjoy a peaceful comfortable swim but was not able to do so.
