The area was quiet.
No air-conditioning. The driveway to the property was very tricky to navigate. Narrow with protruding concrete. No internet access inside the premises.

Location and cleanliness. Peggy is charming, generous and kind; however ir msy have been nice for her to give us a chance to unpack and settle in before introducing herself.
No internet or phone connection. This should be stated in the ad.
The security light was annoying as it went on and off all night, disturbing sleep.
Could not see a need for a security light.

this studio was part of the owners house. it was warm comfortable and well equipped. it’s a ground floor unit with under cover parking. a car wld be a good move as while close to the town it’s not on the town.
some people may find the driveway cross over a challenge
