The property was comfortable and clean, close to beach.

The bins were out the front of the property when we arrived, the red lidded bin was over full and the lid couldn’t fully close. The local bin chickens had a great time trying to get into the bags which then led to a massive amount of flies. The bins were not emptied during our stay so therefore we had no choice but to take our rubbish home with us, not ideal.

Property was great, big house and we all loved the deck. Aircons in each room ticked out boxes. You had all the essentials packed in including the little things that made the place even better including glad wrap, salt, pepper, plenty of glass ware and other essentials. Loved the new appliances, had a brand new fridge, microwave,and oven. Great distance from the beach and clubs and shops.

All positive no negatives here

I liked the fact that its dog friendly and its close to the beach and easy distance to the river and shops The house is a great stay, nice clean,very well equipped, very comfy really, layout is good, linen was provided and nice however we always take our own no matter

Our stay wasent long enough

Beautiful holiday home in a nice quiet area. The house was fully equiped and you felt like you were at home which was really nice, there was even complimentary washing powered, fly spray etc to use while at the property which was very convenient as we were there from a long stay. I would most definitely book this place again when visiting Coffs Harbour again.

The floor on the toilet is mainly concrete which was alittle let down and the rest of the house had been renovated and modernised.
