・ロケーション。港からも石朗ビーチからも徒歩3分ほど。石朗ビーチの先におしゃれな食堂あり。 ・設備。共用の乾燥機あり。洗濯機はないため手洗いか外のコインランドリー。 ・ダイビングショップ併設。
・WIFI。ロビーは強度十分だったが部屋はつながりにくかった。 ・2階がKTV。宿泊時は営業していなかった（お客さんがいなかった）ようだが、営業時はうるさいかも（防音か不明）。 ・値段はドミトリーとしては高めだが観光地のためやむなし？

Quite conveniently located, right next to the harbor. In-room-AC works.
Okay. Hear me out - even with considering that everything on 綠島 is expensive. This place lacked in many aspects. Broken bedside lamps, lack of cleanliness in all public and dorm-spaces (especially in Bathrooms). The only place I have ever checked out a day early from, because I could not endure the conditions any longer.
