**Parties are strictly prohibited - as noted in the rental agreement. Penalties will be enforced. The property is monitored by Noise Aware as noted in the booking agreement.
**Charcoal is not provided. Firewood is not provided. Interior fireplace is not available for use.
Agreement / House Rules: Booking with us means you confirm that the primary guest is 25 years of age or older and that you have reviewed and will fully comply with all booking terms and house rules provided prior to booking.
Basic cooking items - pots & pans and dishware are provided for our occupancy of 6 guests.
Pet Friendly - pets less than 40 lbs - additional cleaning/pet hair removal fee required. Pets must be disclosed in advance. Fee is per pet. (Max 1 pets) All dogs are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee. Any damages from the pet are not covered by the limited damage waiver.

The good: communication with the host, location, overall cleanliness, very comfortable beds. The carpet throughout the house has seen better days. I would recommend this Vrbo to family and friends.

Our family loves this property. It is always neat and clean. Mrs. Sue is an amazing host and we will try to book with her anytime we are in the Jacksonville, FL area!!!
