Excellent location near mountains and hiking trails, also close to city.
Very clean, quiet and comfortable!
Limited kitchen supplies, enough of the basics included so that we could cook breakfast and dinner. Toaster and microwave oven only

Out of everything, it is a great place to get sleep and get ready for the day. especially relaxing and watching tv, catching up with family at the table.
Just the bathroom was small but being 6’2” isn’t great either haha.

great location. very clean. nice size rooms with comfortable beds.
difficult to manage temperature. unit had individual thermostat but unit stayed a bit warm even with temp set to a low setting.
kitchen and supplies were adequate but limited. when owner is home there is a moderate amount of footsteps heard on the floor above.

The location for skiing in Snowbird/Alta is absolutely amazing. The price was really good considering the location.
The description is quite misleading. This is a basement underneath a very nice home. There is no spa/wellness open to guests as the description implies, and the “mountain views” are non existent from the basement as all the windows are below ground. The sound proofing is very poor so you can hear everything happening above you including dogs running around.
