The property is centrally located, very clean, and cozy. Khalid is a very kind and helpful guy. The breakfast is plentiful and very good.

I would recommend that the hotel add a small fridge in the room to keep the water cool, since it gets very hot

The staff were super friendly, especially the receptionist, who was always helpful and happy to talk with us about everything. The location was very good, and the place was quiet and not noisy at all. The breakfast was great, and the cold swimming pool was exactly what we needed after 38 Celsius degrees heat. We also really enjoyed the nice rooftop. Overall, we had a very good stay.

There was a strange smell in the room when we arrived.

It must be acknowledged that the rooms were clean and were cleaned daily, and the breakfast was plentiful in a French style.

The room we were accommodated in did not have a window, only two small glass panes in the entrance door, so it was dark like a cave. The bathroom in the room was separated by a partition wall that did not reach the ceiling, so all smells spread throughout the entire room. This solution is at least strange and not encountered in Europe. Finding Casa De Marrakech Riad in the maze of streets is not easy. The riad does not have proper signage, and the entrance is located on a side street that is not very inviting to enter, especially in the evening.
