Aminess Vival Casa Lišanj

-Location - beautiful beach and overall fun for families visiting -Facilities for children (Gaming room, jumping room, animation), something for kids of all ages! -Guest Room in Family Hotel- we paid the difference upon check-in / nice and clean and beautiful rooms. Loved the balcony as well -Patient and friendly staff at reception and in the restaurants and bars. Thank you Niska (reception) for your kind help during our stay! -Great food and variety on the buffet! Everything and more for everyone! Aminess does this well, we have stayed at your property in Novigrad and had a great dining experience -Beach bar team and bar - great! Thank you!

Feedback to the management: -No control by staff for in house and out of house guests at the pool - seems anyone can freely walk in and out from the beach and enjoy the buffet, pool area which was limited with deck chairs and umbrellas. Most hotels have key card control to access pool area, very unfair to paying hotel guests in high season -Salt water pool was a bit dirty and no toilets near the salt pool area unfortunately for in house guests -If the children’s indoor play areas require socks indoors, then at least give your guests the option to purchase them on site… we chose this hotel mainly because of our kid and the facilities offered, arrived in summer at 38C heat in flip flops with no socks (which normal person is wearing socks in this heat?)and were told no socks sold in house , on a Sunday. Luckily we found some at the souvenir shop in town, but nevertheless… sell socks, create extra revenue, make your guests happy -Unfortunately, we experienced a 3 hour power outage at the hotel after dinner, not sure how this could happen in a 4 Star property for such a long period of time - bit of a bummer for the kid who was only able to enjoy the indoor kids area for a short time and this just had to happen on our only 1 night stay… ok shit happens. -Would choose Aminess, but would try another property next time

Great staff, nice clean room, amazing play areas for kids, great pools and wellness

Hrana i osoblje su za sve pohvale. Sobe su male, ali tako su opisane i predstavljene. Plaza nije prilagodjena za djecu iako je porodicni hotel, ali zato su bazeni potpuno prilagodjeni djeci. Za cjenu koja je ponudjena sve preporuke za hotel. Definitivno cu se vratiti.

sobe previse male, kupatilo kao na plazi, nema frizidera, nema nista od pribora pa makar i kasikice, i lezaljke su postavili tek 6. dan od naseg dolaska izhleda su cekali leto da pocne
