The owner was friendly and the apartment was spacious.

We had a very negative encounter with the owner's mother when we asked for extra bedsheets. (It was very hot and we didn't want to use the winter blankets as covers for the night). She started shouting at us and ask what our problem is as we already have bedsheets and a washing machine. She then opened the bathroom door on my sister in law who was having a shower. Scared the 3 little kids that were travelling with us. Even though the owner apologised, this made our stay that we were looking forward to, very uncomfortable. My 8 year old nephew was afraid to go outside when this lady was around. The place is also not very safe for kids, the house inside is safe, but none of the balconies or the stairs outside are for kids younger than 7-8 years old. The advertised air condition is only in the living room , the other rooms don't even have fans, so we ended up buying one and the kids and some adults slept in the living room on the couch, making a reservation for 3 rooms completely useless. We were disappointed and will not return.
