A localização e o tamanho do apartamento são os pontos fortes. Recomendo para quem precisar de muito espaço, porque por ter 4 banheiros, acaba sendo bem funcional para famílias. As roupas de cama e banho também são boas. Tem ar condicionado (e aquecedor) nos quartos e na sala.
O apartamento é bem funcional (tem cooktop, forninho, liquidificador, geladeira, microondas, secador de cabelo), mas não espere nenhum luxo na acomodação. O sofá é pequeno e as TVs também são muito pequenas. Como peguei alguns dias com chuva, utilizei a TV da sala (que deve ter menos de 32 polegadas e é a única Smart). Também tem algumas questões que a limpeza rápida do modelo de apartamentos de aluguel não dão conta, principalmente uma limpeza melhor no box e azulejos dos banheiros.

very helpful and lovely zelador (Vladimir!!!) great location, nice bed rooms and very comfortable beds
the water pumb was broken and created a very uncomfortable sound during the entire day. thanks to the zelador Vladimir, who switched of during the night. but even during the day the sound was not acceptable. Further the quality of the kitchen equipment was not meeting the expectations, the bathrooms were not fully clean and the Wifi was not working for 2 days.
