a localização excelente, a segurança do prédio, garagem tudo perfeito, tanto para pegar as chaves, quanto para entregar tudo muito rápido. A limpeza do apartamento excelente e ele é completo.

A localização é excelente e o custo benefício do local é ótimo. Poucos minutos da Rua Coberta, há várias opções de restaurantes e lojas por perto e dá pra fazer tudo a pé. Viajei com minha bebê de 8 meses e deu tudo certo.
O chuveiro de um dos banheiros ficava gelado no meio do banho e depois de um tempinho voltava a esquentar. Não há troca de toalhas e tapetes nos banheiros, então em dias chuvosos as toalhas ficam úmidas. Não há máquina de lavar roupa pra quem pretende ficar muitos dias.

very helpful and lovely zelador (Vladimir!!!) great location, nice bed rooms and very comfortable beds
the water pumb was broken and created a very uncomfortable sound during the entire day. thanks to the zelador Vladimir, who switched of during the night. but even during the day the sound was not acceptable. Further the quality of the kitchen equipment was not meeting the expectations, the bathrooms were not fully clean and the Wifi was not working for 2 days.
