The location is great, very close to Queens Park restaurants and bars, and nearby tube stations. The apartment was spacious, very clean and well presented, with modern facilities. The only thing missing was a kettle.
Our ground floor, 1 bedroom flat was at the front of the property, overlooking Salsubury Rd. As such it had no opening windows for fresh air, and the main living area window was frosted. This makes the flat feel quite claustrophobic. It was also very warm (even in early October), so in warmer months I would recommend paying extra for an AC unit.

Carpet had lots of dust that you could feel as soon as entering the room. Mattress of very poor condition quality. No A/C
