Good location for visiting Alnwick. Basic but clean. Only problem was internet kept going down and so could not log into
TV and felt the property should really have been offering terrestrial channels in line with the majority of properties as a matter of course.

We enjoyed our stay in Ashington - the house was very clean and warm when we arrived. Although we had to pay extra to check-out later, the host was very communicative and efficient on email. We had a lovely stay and it was a good springboard to the rest of Northumbria.

The property was clean, clearly renovated recently in some style and was very comfortable. Although situated in a not particularly attractive residential area, the house serves as a useful base to explore the coastal area of this part of Northumberland. Access to the coast was easy. The equipment is basic but fine.
