About this house rental
Beautiful villa in the Dénia mountain, Montgó, very close to the town center. Located in a small urbanization with a pool. 15 min. walking from the city center, Las Rotas beach and the Yacht Club and 10 min. by car from Las Marinas beach. The LIDL and CONSUM supermarkets are 800 meters away.
We invite you to get to know it, next to Dénia, a gastronomic city by UNESCO, Fallas, Moors and Christians Festival, 20 km of beach and many water sports and hiking

The house is located in a small quiet and familiar urbanization, ideal for those looking for a place located in the countryside where to disconnect from the city.
The house is distributed in three rooms, two on the upper floor and one on the lower floor. On the upper floor you will find two complete bathrooms (one of them en suite), while on the ground floor you will find a bathroom with a toilet and another bathroom with a shower, separately.
In addition, the living / dining room is equipped with a fireplace which can be enjoyed optionally during the winter months. It also has a fully equipped kitchen (kitchenware and basic kitchen utensils). For the summer the house has air conditioning, although it should be noted that it has very good air current and mosquito nets on the windows, which allows you to enjoy the mountain breeze while sleeping without the need for A / C.
You will also find a beautiful garden with mountain views, sunny throughout the day and discreet, fully equipped for your rest.
Services and common areas:
The house has private parking for one car, although more vehicles can be parked safely in the common areas and outside the urbanization.
It is a quiet and very safe area, surrounded by houses.
